Raspberry Beer Punch

Ingredients

  • (1) 12 ounce container of raspberry lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 cup vodka
  • (3 ½) 12 ounce cans or bottles of pilsner or other light tasting beer (I used Coors Light), chilled
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (You can substitute frozen if fresh are not available. Just make sure they are thawed before using.)
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Pour the thawed raspberry lemonade concentrate and the vodka into a large pitcher or punch bowl and stir.
  2. Gently pour in the beer so that it doesn’t foam up too much. Lightly stir to incorporate all of the liquid ingredients.
  3. Place the raspberries and lemon slices in the pitcher. Serve in glasses filled with ice.
    Side Note: If your beer is not chilled in advance, you can add a few ice cubes to the pitcher. Use them sparingly though because you don’t want to water down the punch.
