Raspberry Beer Punch
Ingredients
- (1) 12 ounce container of raspberry lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup vodka
- (3 ½) 12 ounce cans or bottles of pilsner or other light tasting beer (I used Coors Light), chilled
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (You can substitute frozen if fresh are not available. Just make sure they are thawed before using.)
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Pour the thawed raspberry lemonade concentrate and the vodka into a large pitcher or punch bowl and stir.
- Gently pour in the beer so that it doesn’t foam up too much. Lightly stir to incorporate all of the liquid ingredients.
- Place the raspberries and lemon slices in the pitcher. Serve in glasses filled with ice.
Side Note: If your beer is not chilled in advance, you can add a few ice cubes to the pitcher. Use them sparingly though because you don’t want to water down the punch.
